Candy corn was invented in the 1880's.

Ingredients - sugar, corn syrup, confectioner's glaze, natural/artificial flavors (and colors), salt, egg whites, honey glycerin, mineral oil, carnauba wax. Mineral oil?

Often when I paint I have a movie running in the background. I love to watch/listen to the DVD director commentary. Watched Sleepy Hallow for this painting.
